One incredibly fit woman has had all mums looking at her in envy -- because of her impressive figure.
According to AsianTown, Sia Cooper, 26, from Florida is a fitness blogger who has amassed 100k followers on Instagram thanks to her quick workout tutorials.
She does it for future-to-be moms or for those women who have already given birth and want to maintain health and fitness before, during and after pregnancy.
According to Distractify, at her heaviest, she was 135lbs (61kg) before getting knocked up. Nine months into her pregnancy, and she ballooned up to 200lbs (90kg), with nearly all of it in her stomach.
It took a few months for her to get back to her pre-baby weight, but her post-baby shape is amazing.
Her photos show her sporting abs merely a week after giving birth.
"The day I went into labor, I actually did incline training for an hour along with dumbbell curls and barbell squats. I got a great last workout in before my daughter decided to make her grand appearance!"
