DIA and I.O.I member Jung Chae-yeon recently shot a pictorial for beauty and culture magazine bnt International, and revealed how she lost weight in an accompanying interview.

"Last year, I was 64kg and in 3 months I lost 16kg. I pretty much starved and only ate soft tofu and soy milk. If I really felt it wasn't enough, I'd eat cherry tomatoes. On top of that I practiced dancing and so I just lost weight," she said.

Jung added, "Back then I had a lot of health problems and my blood pressure was bad. Nowadays I'm busy with promotions and other schedules so I eat more."

Her membership in both DIA and I.O.I, as well as her role in tvN's "Drinking Solo" and Mnet's "Hit the Stage" means Jung is constantly busy and moving around.

Concerning her stamina, she said, "People don't faint that easily. I don't even take any supplements or vitamins. I just eat well whenever I can."
