It is always nice to see Christmas wishes come true -- and that was certainly the case for Safyre Terry, who had wanted enough cards to fill up her tree.

The brave little girl, who had lost her entire family in an arson attack in 2013, got her wish granted after people from all over the world had sent her Christmas cards.

But little did she know that another surprise awaited her.

Safyre was totally overwhelmed with the number of cards that she received and could not open them all by Christmas.

However, it was all worth it when the team of volunteers who were helping Safyre found a delivery from pop superstar, Katy Perry.

According to a report on Unilad, Katy had sent her a variety of gifts ranging from hoodies to DVD's and a heartwarming hand-written card.

The card read:

"Safyre, I heard about your Christmas wish and am so honored that you saved the top of the tree for me.

"I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a great New Year. I will be thinking of you on Christmas day. Special girl.”
