Pixee Fox, from North Carolina, has just had her 19th cosmetic procedure -- after having spent $125,000.

According to AsianTown, the 26-year-old surgery-obsessed model has now had permanent implants placed in her eyes to make them "cartoon green".

The former electrician - who had already had a total of 18 cosmetic procedures - had eye implants to further her "cartoon dream", even though her eyes were already green to begin with.

This was after she had six ribs removed as part of her dream to sculpt the ultimate hourglass figure.

‘I first heard about this surgery three years ago and as soon as I heard about it I knew I had to have it. The colour I"ve gone for is sea green. It"s really extreme and something that you couldn"t have naturally."

She added: ‘It doesn"t worry me that it is permanent; that"s what I like about plastic surgery - the permanency of it.’

The procedure is not widely available for cosmetic use in most western countries, but is often used to correct iris abnormalities.

The operation involved having two intraocular implants inserted into her pupils through a 2.8mm incision.

The operation takes 15 minutes per eye and is performed under local anaesthetic. It is a permanent procedure, unless the patient decides to undergo another invasive operation.

Here are the operations she has done:

. Two eye implants - $6000

. Rib removal - $9,000

. Four rhinoplasties - $19,000

. Four breast augmentations - $40,000

. Two liposuctions - $7,000

. Two blepharoplasties - $8,000

. One labiaplasty - $5,000

. One brow lift - $3,200

. One b lift - $12,000

. Cool-sculpting - $1,000

 Cheek injections - $7,500

. Lip injections - $7,500

Total = $125,200

Pixee is not finished yet, and plans to have custom bum and hip implants fitted in the summer - and dreams of breaking the world record for the smallest waist.
