Artiste Nancy Sit hosted the radio programme and invited Andrew Cheung, Hon Yeung, Choi Kwok Wai and Ruth Tsang as guests.

When asked about the reason of inviting them, Nancy replied they released book about the life in entertainment industry and felt their stories was inspiring:

"The new generation finds it harder to accept challenges and they can do it as long as they want to. It is not realistic to see the effects quickly and success depended on many factors."

Asked if she experienced failure, Nancy responded she was looked down by the sponsor when going for performance in Singapore for her first time: "They told me directly that I did not know how to hold microphone."

Hence, Nancy cried immediately and went for practice for a month and it was full house when she was performing.

Thus, she became the female lead upon returning to Hong Kong and believed success depended on the efforts and training.
