How Nancy Wu earned her killer body

TVB artiste Nancy Wu believes there is no shortcut to being fit.

In an article on Viral Cham, Nancy shared how she keeps healthy and maintains her enviable figure.

She joins like-minded fitness enthusiasts in Joel Chan's 'crazyrunner' fitness club including Elaine Yiu, Jack Wu, Brian Tse and Benjamin Yuen.

They all love sports and encourage and motivate one another.

Apart from running she also goes for dance classes and often visits the gym to use the equipment to achieve more defined abs and muscles.

If you're planning on losing weight, Nancy says the most effective weight-loss exercise is boxing.

All of the hard work she puts into working out has obviously paid off as she has one of the most gorgeous bodies in the Hong Kong entertainment scene.
