Many celebrity mothers are active on social media, documenting their pregnancy and subsequently sharing photos of their adorable newborns.
While fans love to see cute baby photos, many are also impressed and envious of the celeb mums who regain their fit physiques after having children.

Yumiko Cheng married her husband Andy Leung in 2014 and the couple welcomed their baby girl in early 2015.
Yumiko gained 38 pounds while pregnant but quickly shed the weight in months.
At the beginning she only did brisk walks and reduced her calorie intake.
She lost more than 20 pounds in three months but felt herself plateau.
“There was still about ten pounds that I could not lose no matter what. So I started practicing Muay Thai, which requires the use of my full body. It burned a lot of calories. After a few [more] months, I lost ten pounds. Now, I really enjoy exercising. I also do weight lifting. My weight now is about the same as before I had given birth, and I’ve become more fit.”
Kathy Chow married her French boyfriend of six years, Julien Lepeu in 2012 and is the proud mother of adorable one-year-old baby Jacques.
She remained slim during her pregnancy and shed what little weight she had gained in just weeks.
“When I was pregnant, I gained 18 pounds. The baby was a little more than seven pounds. After giving birth, I got skinny again very fast. After a month, I went back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 110 pounds. It was a natural process. Maybe it’s genetics. My mother lost her baby weight very quickly also!”
Rosanne Wong is a mother of two but she still maintains her youthful looks and fit body.
However, she does not think she is the same as before pregnancy:
“I want to go back to how I was before giving birth, where my muscles were stronger. I do yoga four times a week. Other times, I do activities with my children, such as when they attend track and field, play soccer, or go swimming.”
She shared that she has changed her diet as well:
“After giving birth, I started eating organic brown rice. Every meal that I prepare will be about 70 percent vegetables and 30 percent meat.”
After marrying a wealthy Malaysian businessman, Zoey Sham gave birth to her son in early 2015 by Cesarean section.
She says she owes her successful weight loss to breastfeeding.
It was more than just weight loss to her though:
“It’s a very intimate feeling. Two people become one! During the time that I was breastfeeding, it was very exhausting. Surviving it was very good! Seeing my son grow up healthily, everything is worth it!”
Yoyo Chen married fellow actor Vincent Wong in 2011 and quickly welcomed the birth of their daughter QQ who will be four this year.
She recently showed off her bikini body gaining compliments from netizens for how well she has maintained her figure.
With Vincent being busy with work, QQ is taken care of by Yoyo and is more attached to her too.
