Aimee Chan made her first public appearance after giving birth to her first child when she atetnded the opening ceremony of a new Longines store in Tsim Sha Tsui on Wednesday (Jan 15).
There, she wowed observers by sporting a superb figure devoid of the extra weight she put on before the birth of her son, reported Oriental Daily.
When quizzed about how she lost all that weight, Chan revealed that she did not embark on any special diet to regain her beautiful figure for she did not want to contaminate her breastmilk.
Instead, all she had were different kinds of soups, from fish soups to other brews like dates, winter melons and fish maw.
"Moses makes me soup everyday," she said.
Chan also steers clear of alcohol, touching none of it during the ceremony.
She joked asbout her baby probably getting a little tipsy if she had a drink, and went on to praise Moses' proficiency in taking care of their baby.
"He accompanies me through the nights while I breastfeed. I really cherish the time we spend as a family," she added.
She also said that Joshua has been added her son's name: "In the Holy Bible, Joshua means an accomplished mission of Moses."
"We came up with a few choices for his Chinese name but we haven't decided on one yet. My son resembles an opera singer, his cry is really high pitched."
Meanwhile, Moses attended a separate event and was asked of Aimee praising his soup-making skills, to which he laughed and replied: "She's a good mother too."
He also spoke about his son's English name, saying that Joshua also referred to the successor to Moses.
