Sabina Altynbekova, the teen Kazakhstan volleyball player, has quickly become an online sensation after becoming discovered at the 2014 Asian Junior Women's Volleyball Championship.
Though the sports stars has gained a growing following in her home country and worldwide, she is not too thrilled about her newfound popularity, reports Mstars News.
The 17 year old volleyball player is being scrutinized by her fellow teammates and her own coach.
Sports Fox News translated what the coach said to Tengrin News, "It's impossible to work like this. The crowd behaves like there is only one player at the championship."
When the long-limbed athlete isn't spiking the ball, the brunette stunner has currently entered Kazakh University, majoring in Humanities and Law.
The sports star's mother, Nupripa Amritena, isn't too thrilled though about the sports world distracting her daughter from her real career path.
Amritena wants a better future for her child, "I wanted her to be admitted to the law (school), but she chose sports."
As of now the teen starlet has an entire Youtube page and fake Instagram, Twitter accounts dedicated to her, posting videos from the sports events.
Fans have also joined in the craze, creating anime fantasies about the 18-year-old, much to her dismay.
“I was flattered at first but it's all getting a little bit much,” Altynbekova said.
“I want to concentrate on playing volleyball and to be famous for that, not anything else.”
