Source: Bang Showbiz NewsAdele would only lose weight if it affected her sex life. The 24-year-old singer - who recently gave birth to her first child with partner Simon Konecki - is happy being her size and does not think she needs to change unless her health worsens. She said: "I read a comment on YouTube that I thought would upset me 'Test pilot for pies' - but I've always been a size 14-16 and been fine with it.""I would only lose weight if it affected my health or sex life, which it doesn't."Karl Lagerfeld has previously criticised her size, saying that despite having a great voice she is a "little too fat". However, weight woes are not the only problem in Adele's life - she is also terrified of audiences when she performs, and admits she once escaped from a fire exit to get away from them. Speaking in new book 'Adele: The Biography', she said: "I'm scared of audiences. One show in Amsterdam, I was so nervous I escaped out of the fire exit. I've thrown up a couple of times. Once in Brussels, I projectile vomited on someone."
