Why 12-year-old went viral overnight as 'world's most handsome boy'

12-year-old Australia boy William Franklyn-Miller has been dubbed the 'world's most handsome boy' -- and it's not hard to see why. 

Pictures on his Instagram (@william.franklyn.miller) show the boy with stunning blue eyes and boyband hair, already sporting looks that could charm girls.

According to his profile, he is an actor and model from Melbourne.

He says in an interview with The Today Show that he thought his account has been hacked at first when he was gaining a hundred followers every minute. 

He then realised that it was because someone in Japan had tweeted his photo, and it got hundreds of thousands of retweets. 

After going viral, he now has about 162,000 followers on Instagram.
