Vince McMahon’s trainer has revealed how the 70-year-old former wrestler maintains his fitness.

Mike Monteforte, McMahon’s trainer and workout partner, had an interview with Muscle & Fitness magazine and explained that Vince has ‘unbelievable strength’.

The elderly man reportedly performs three massive sets containing three different exercises in each.

The magazine reports that his first set consists of lat pull-downs, bent-over barbell rows and dumbbell shrugs for 15 reps with no rest in between.

McMahon then moves onto his second and third sets, which contain a shocking number of exercises with almost no break in-between.

To finish his workout, he does a CrossFit-style performance workout with battle rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and springs, reports UniLad.

And just in case he’s not completely exhausted, he finishes off his 90-minute session with an ab workout.
