Teacher told to remove Instagram photos because parents found them too racy

A few days ago Mindi Jensen, the teacher whose bikini Instagram pictures were slammed as 'pornographic' by parents that decided she wasn't allowed to have a private life, became an internet sensation.

The body-building mum of four was told to either take down her account or make it private after the school received complaints, reports The Lad Bible.

Initially she agreed to the latter option, but quickly changed her mind, telling teaching officials that women had contacted her to say they found the images inspirational. Implementing privacy settings would make it harder for people like them to find her.

"Why am I taking this picture off, I get comments and messages that its inspirational to them and these women like my story. If I put it to private, it's not going to reach these people that might need and understand me."

She said her defiance wasn't in vain either, as the school have reportedly backed down. They've now said they will offer parents training on 'appropriate student internet usage.
