Raymond Lam has been busy preparing for his much anticipated HEART ATTACK LF Live in Hong Kong concert happening at the Hong Kong Coliseum at the end of this month.
He has been determined to work out and lose weight so as to be his best self for his fans and the results are obvious.
His chin was more pointed at a recent press even, reports Asianpopnews.com.
He said that he was his heaviest at 160 pounds (72kg).
"Last week, I went to weigh myself after an exercise. I was 139 pounds (62kg). I was never so light in my 20 years in this industry."
He recalled that when he first started working out, his blood sugar level dropped due to his reduced food intake.
"At that time, I felt giddy when I had to stand up. After three months of having a sugarless diet, I got used to it. I can even eat sweet potato now."
Asked if he was addicted to losing weight, he said: "Not at all. I love to eat, but I will still keep to this figure after my concert. I put in a lot of effort to train, and I don't want my weight to increase, but I will still eat."
