Queen Zoe stuns at Star Awards 2016 part 2 -- but what were Rebecca Lim and Felicia Chin thinking?

Local television's biggest stars showed up once more, for part two of Star Awards 2016 on Sunday night (April 24), in what was supposedly their best looks. Though, not all of them looked their best.

But let's begin with the best, shall we?

Yet again, the Queen reigned and showed everyone how it's done. Can someone give Zoe Tay's long-time stylist Johnny Khoo an award already? The man constantly helps Tay bring her A-game to these award shows and we are so impressed.

Caldecott Hill's one and only Ah Jie looked resplendent in her tangerine, form-fitting Stella McCartney gown that showed off her amazing silhouette - and just the right amount of cleavage, might we add.

One could never tell that she's a mother of three.

Tay also had on jewels from Van Cleef and Arpels reportedly worth more than a million dollars, as she did a week ago.

Viewers from home might not have seen much of her last night but Jesseca Liu makes our list as one of the night's best dressed.

The leggy star's mermaid-like dress was a great choice. A pity she wasn't on stage more often!

And how could we forget Best Actress winner (finally!) Jeannette Aw in her white Alexander McQueen gown. We love the fine, dangling chains motifs on the front of her dress. The starlet also completed her look with Cartier accessories worth $500,000, Today reported.

Remember how we said last week that we hoped for Rebecca Lim to not let us down?

Well, at first we thought she did.

Then, we saw her sitting in the audience during the later part of the ceremony and noticed that she had a change of outfit and all was right again.

Lim changed out of her terrible garden-inspired Gucci dress into a black and almost gothic Valentino gown. Good save, Becks.

Audience members probably did a double take when Best Supporting Actress Julie Tan winner went onstage to receive her award. Her bare-backed, see-through dress definitely caught our eyes too. The polka-dot printed dress was a very daring move on Tan's part and it even gave us a glimpse of her rib tattoo.

Somehow, though, we still prefer Felicia Chin's 'nude' look on the red carpet last Sunday.

Speaking of Chin, we were let down by her outfit for the night. Why, oh, why?

Her off-shoulder dress did nothing for us. That bow right smack in the middle of her chest and all that lace? No, thanks.

Model Sheila Sim decided to break away from the night's trend of floor-sweeping gowns and instead opted for a short frock. Unfortunately, she should not have bothered because her Chanel dress was no showstopper.

Shame, she has the height and great legs to work prettier dresses but too bad that she (and her stylist) did not deliver.

We don't hate the dress but after her glamorous get-up from last week, we thought Belinda Lee would step up her game even further. However, she chose to wear a Mason by Michelle Mason gown that had a rather revealing front but it was still a boring choice. Her Bulgari bling was a bedazzling touch, though.

And just like that, the Star Awards have come to an end. Till next year for more fashion policing!
