Myolie Wu is no longer blacklisted by TVB -- and even makes a return

24 September 2016 / 2 months 2 weeks ago

Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) and TVB did not part in the most amicable of ways back in early 2015.

Although it was a peaceful separation, Myolie’s decision to sign with the agency GME China soon after her leave had prompted TVB to put her in their blacklist for a while.

According to Jayne Stars, the 36-year-old did not deny these reports, admitting that she did not stay in contact with TVB. But the two parties have let bygones be bygones.

Myolie made her big return to TVB cameras this September, when her bridal company Kevolie signed an exclusive deal with TVB to create night gowns for the ten final contestants of the Miss Hong Kong Pageant.

Myolie herself made an appearance at the MHK finals with her business partner and designer Kev Yiu, introducing their work.

With such a successful collaboration, TVB are opening their doors to welcome Myolie back home.

According to a gossip report, TVB has been diligently courting Myolie to return to her mother station to film an upcoming drama. Myolie herself has admitted to having “brief talks” with TVB about filming a drama.
