Malaysian singer Datuk Siti Nurhaliza announced yesterday (Dec 1) that she suffered a miscarriage.
Siti, 36, first said that she was expecting on her Instagram post, reports The Star.
“I don’t want to deny the news of my pregnancy as this was a beautiful gift that I have been waiting for a long time … This gift was too new and fragile, I was just waiting for the right time,” she wrote on her post in Bahasa Malaysia.
“God gave me this gift, I was pregnant for two months and I had a miscarriage. After taking time to recuperate, I will go back to my daily activities as per normal.
"I will go to the gym again and attend a few events in Jakarta,” she continued. Many fans sent their heartfelt messages and encouraging words to the star.
