Bill Gates is one of the richest men in the world and his $123 million mansion is a testament to that.
According to a report in TheChive, Gates took seven years and $63 million to build his estate in Medina, Washington, and he named it “Xanadu 2.0,” after the estate of Charles Foster Kane in the movie “Citizen Kane.”
The house is a massive 66,000 square feet, has 24 bathrooms, 10 of those being full baths and even has sand delivered to Gates’ private beach by barge from St. Lucia yearly.
And of course, it is completely decked out in high-tech intricacies.
