Super Junior's Kangin fined for hit-and-run while drink-driving

On July 7, it was revealed that Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office fined Super Junior’s Kangin for his drunk driving accident.

The Prosecutor’s office fined him with 7 million won on July 5, reports Soompi.

Kangin had a DUI accident on May 24.

He had been drinking alcohol and driving when he hit a streetlight in front of a convenience store.

The police previously released a statement stating that Kangin’s blood alcohol content at the time of the accident was determined to have been 0.157 percent and forwarded their findings to the prosecutor’s office with a recommendation of indictment.

Previously, Kangin had a DUI hit-and-run accident in 2009.
