Twenty-seven-year-old Janice Man (文詠珊) has been in the industry for 13 years and has no intentions of slowing down to start a family.

Since Janice debuted at the same time as Angelababy over a decade ago, the former friends were often compared to each other.

According to Jayne Stars, rumors claimed that Janice was envious of Angelababy’s blooming career, which caused their friendship to drift apart.

When asked about her fizzled friendship with Angelababy, Janice calmly said they have not seen each other in a while but will not hesitate to work with her in the future if the opportunity comes up.

Janice shrugged, “I don’t mind filming with her if the chance comes up, but I won’t purposely set up a meeting to mend things. In reality, I don’t even have time to sleep or see my family.

"To be honest, the media’s inaccurate interpretation of information caused us to have so many misunderstandings. And as time passed, the wall grew bigger, despite the fact that there was actually nothing going on between us.

"When she got married, I even sent her a congratulatory text. It won’t be a bad idea for us to catch up in the future – after all, we haven’t seen each other in a long time and we’re both probably very different now.”

In addition, Janice stated that she is trying to focus on her career and will not follow in Angelaaby's footsteps by getting maried soon.

Aside from acting, Janice kickstarted her road to becoming a successful businesswoman two years ago when she created her own production studio. After establishing her studio, Janice also accepted three Mainland series, overworking herself to the maximum.

Recalling the time she broke out immensely due to stress and filming day and night, Janice revealed she had to take medication for five days before recovering. Besides the physical stress, Janice became emotionally unstable, revealing that she often cried to herself during this time period.
