Cristiano Ronaldo recenlty purchased an $18.5 million flat in New York -- and it is absolutely gorgeous.

According to a report in TheLadBible, the football superstar has sent the rumour mill into overdrive that he is set to move to Major League Soccer after snapping up the flat.

The Real Madrid forward paid a ridiculous amount of money for a 2,509 square foot loft in the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue and will be getting three bedrooms and a corner location that offers panoramic views of Central Park, the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, and the Hudson River.
