It is never too early to start taking care of your skin and that is just what 43-year-old Hollywood actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, is doing for her 11-year-old daughter.

Apple Martin, whose father is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, is enjoying luxurious S$280 facials at Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic in Beverly Hills.

According the Daily Mail, the clinic has a list of A-list Hollywood clientele including Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellie Goulding.

It offers facials for problematic skin, young skin and anti-ageing treatments.

Treatments for teens include diamond peel, facial fitness and blue light treatment for acne.

Paltrow is no stranger to treatments aimed at pampering the body and health.

Just last year, Daily Mail reported that she goes for spa treatments to "steam" her private parts.

The "Iron Man" star said this particular spa treatment combines high-tech infrared heat with traditional Korean sauna therapies.

Fans of the Mugwort V-Steam sit on "a mini throne", as Paltrow once described, and receive a combination of infrared and mugwort steam to cleanse their woman parts.

If you want good skin like hers, the blonde star shared tips which include "exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, sex, sleeping and being around people who make you feel good".

She said that her facial "glow" comes from a combination of all those things.

Paltrow is currently single. She split from ex-husband Chris Martin in 2015.
