Fox News anchor tells viewers not to die in hurricane -- because he has a wedding to attend

Fox news anchor Shep Smith: "So if you're supposed to get out, go ahead and get out, because if too many of of you perish they’ll send me down there and I need to go to this wedding."

Someone seemed to have left his respect at home.

Fox news anchor Shep Smith, who covered news on Hurricane Matthew told residents of Florida to 'try not to perish', simply because he has a wedding to attend.

According to Unilad, Smith had perhaps forgotten that 339 people have died in the storm, as he delivered his highly opinionated and insensitive warnings about Hurricane Matthew.

Said Shep Smith:

"Because if too many of you perish they’ll send me down there and I need to go to this wedding. Okay, thanks."

Really, Shep Smith?

At a devastating time when many lives have perished, one can't help but agree this was extremely unprofessional, insensitive and unobjective of a news anchor.
