Mariah Carey has gone on a diet which involves eating only fish at each meal, with a daily treat of one piece of fruit.
The 'Hero' hitmaker is determined to shed the pounds ahead of her wedding to James Packer and has resorted to extreme measures to lose weight.
A source said: "Mariah has salmon for breakfast, sole for lunch and tuna for dinner."
The one bright spot in Mariah's diet is just one portion of fruit a day, but the tough regime is already paying off as she has dropped a further 15lbs after further restricting her previous low-carb eating plan.
However, after dropping two dress sizes already, her billionaire fiance is keen for her not to lose any more weight.
The source told heat magazine: "James is worried she will lose her curves.
"He's told her she should slow down as it's her bum and cleavage he adores."
The 46-year-old star - who has four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-husband Nick Cannon - previously admitted she was on a very "bleak" diet.
