Krystina Butel drew a caricature of herself 15 years ago, and liked it so much she wanted to look exactly like it.

According to Brobible, she has now already spent $144,000 in her quest to do so.

"When I saw the caricature for the first time on holiday, I was jealous of it," explains Ms Butel. "She was so glamorous. She was everything that I wanted to be."

"It was like she was holding the carrot out to me, showing me what I could be. Over the years, I’ve spent more and more on beauty treatments and surgery so I can look just like her.’

She had her first breast implant at 17, and subsequently had another four boob jobs after that -- $36,000 was spent on breasts.

She's also had eyebrow tattoos, lip augmentation, botox, heart-shaped nipple tattoos and permanent make-up for her lips.

According to Oddity Central, surprisingly, she says that she was a total tomboy as child, and completely uninterested in her appearance.

She was the only girl in a four-child family, so her mother would try to make her look pretty, which she detested.

But she started to grow more interested in her looks at the age of 14, when she went to work as a hairdresser at a local salon.
