Radio presenter Glenn Ong, host of Class 95FM's The Morning Express has quit MediaCorp.

According to an article in AsiaOne, in a statement to the press, Ong said: "After 19 years at the top of the Class, it's time for me to take a break! I'd like to pursue more sleep, travel and go for MMA workouts every day! I've never liked saying goodbye so I won't!"

Ong began his career with the then Radio Corporation of Singapore back in January 1995, according to Channel NewsAsia. He then spent 8 years with 987FM before moving to Class 95FM back in 2003.

Georgina Chang, Vice President of English Programming (Music) for Radio at MediaCorp, confirmed the news and expressed her disappointment on Ong's departure, while wishing him the best for his future.
