Rumour has it that in order to increase Priscilla Wong's screen time in The Verbal Side of Court, star Kristal Tin's screen time was sacrificed.On.cc reported that top TVB executive Sandy Yu (余詠珊), who was allegedly responsible for Priscilla’s speedy rise in TVB, has requested producer Lee Yim Fong to increase Priscilla’s screen time in The Verbal Side of Court. The period legal drama, set in the late 1700s, stars Kristal Tin as an articulate daughter of a renowned lawyer who is extremely skilled in writing and solving cold cases. Priscilla will play a supporting character in the serial.The rumor claimed that Priscilla’s screen time had increased so much that Kristal, the original star of the show, had to have her screen time reduced to accommodate Priscilla.Kristal’s husband, fellow actor Chapman To (杜汶澤), voiced out his support for his wife on his official Facebook account, writing, “My wife truly loves acting. Damn TVB only cares about making news!‘Priscilla’s rumored boyfriend Tony Hung (洪永城), also a former Cable TV presenter, quickly came to Priscilla’s aid. The former travelogue host returned to Hong Kong from Malaysia yesterday afternoon, after completing his shoot for TVB’s upcoming romantic television drama, Outbound Love .“What a big misunderstanding,‘ Tony, drawled as he nodded at his Outbound Love costar, Matt Yeung (揚明), who nodded in return. “It’s so hard to predict the news now. She was cast in her first leading role in the yet-to-air Karma Rider , snatching second billing credits after Raymond Wong (黃浩然). Priscilla is currently shooting Lee Yim Fong’s (李艷芳) Qing Dynasty drama The Verbal Side of Court , starring alongside Roger Kwok (郭晉安) and Kristal Tin (田蕊妮).
