In the latest episode of SBS "Vitamin" aired on April 17, Secret's Hyosung attracted viewers' attention by sharing her diet tips.According to an article in Daily Kpop News, she said: "Before the diet method 'one meal a day' became popular as today, I had applied it last year. Because I love rice, I ate just one meal a day and reduced 5kg within a year.""But now, I apply two diet methods.
