HKTV did not get their free-to-air TV license from the government, resulting in 320 employees being laid off. HKTV artistes are angry and worried about their future.

TVB made a high-profile announcement on Scoop welcoming back former artistes who had gone over to HKTV, reports TVB Newsworld.

TVB got their artistes like Kate Tsui, Myolie Wu, Moses Chan, Wayne Lai and the cast of sitcom 'Come Home Love' to encourage their former colleagues to go back to TVB.

Kate Tsui supported this idea: "Of course I'll support TVB's actions! Perhaps our former colleagues really do have needs and aren't sure what to do, they can use this channel to get help."

Myolie also expressed her support: "The world is round. The most important is there are benefits for both parties.

Of course I support my former colleagues! I hope a hundred flowers bloom in this industry."
