Sharon has been dating William, the owner of a lighting business, for ten years. In 2010, the couple already had plans for their future together when they purchased a $5 million HKD condo apartment in Clearwater Bay.

Sharon said that her wedding gown was designed by herself. She chose Bali as her wedding destination due to her love for sun and beach. Due to her religion, Sharon also decided to hold her wedding ceremony at a white church.
After marriage, Sharon will continue filming dramas. According to Asian Pop News, she denied being pregnant and said she would only start family-planning after her marriage.
