Source and photos: Oriental DailyTVB actress Candy Chang has been arrested for drug possession in Hong Kong, some two weeks after her 23rd birthday.Candy was traveling in a van driven by a man known only as Law, when a police operation team spotted the vehicle travelling at high speed and swerving from side to side.Thinking that the driver was drunk, the cops trailed the van and signaled the 32-year-old Law to pull over. Instead, he sped off and the police chased them in three cars before intercepting it at a roundabout.Both Candy and Law were detained on the spot after 12 packages of substances, believed to be drugs, were seized from their vehicle. They were released on bail later.Law's relationship with Candy was not immediately known although the Hong Kong media speculated that they were dating. Candy had on Monday morning clarified that Law was "someone that a friend had asked to send me home". "I fell asleep upon entering the vehicle and got into this unfortunate circumstance when I woke up," she wrote on Weibo, while denying her romance with the driver.The post was, however, deleted later the same day.Meanwhile, Hong Kong police are also investigating a leaked video clip, reportedly with five people from the entertainment circles taking drugs at a restaurant in Causeway Bay.The recording, from a CCTV overseeing the VIP room, was captured by a former employee at a Japanese restaurant owned by Kenny Wee, the husband of actress Suki Tsui.No names were mentioned by the police. However, Hong Kong media have hinted that the group comprised an actor and four women, including a singer and a married artiste.
