Taiwanese boyband F4 to reunite and perform together

Source: Apple DailyIt's official -- fans of popular Taiwanese boyband F4 will be able to see their idols perform together again for the first time in almost five years.The quartet, which consists of members Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Zhu, and Vic Chou, will reunite on stage for a pre-recording of a Chinese New Year TV show in January, which will then be broadcast on Jiangsu Satellite TV.According to reports online, the group will stand to pocket a hefty 6,000,000 renminbi (S$1,176,400) for their appearance, which will also include them singing their hit single Meteor Shower (流星雨).Rumours had been rife throughout the years about the four coming back together but nothing ever came to fruition -- until the confirmation of their upcoming apearance in Beijing for the pre-recording.The group rose to prominence after starring in the drama series Meteor Garden, and were riding high on the wave of fame until they disbanded in 2008 to embark on solo careers.
