A Malaysian blogger was incensed after a store kept her bag in a trash bag for a month before telling her that it could not be repaired.

The blogger had purchased the bag for RM10,000 (SGD$3730) from that store, reports Viral Cham.

After using it for a period of time, she tried to clean it. But to her horro, the bag got discoloured.

She brought it bag to the store she purchased it at, and the staff there told her they got get it fixed through a cleaning service.

But the store did not get back to her for a month. And when they did, they told her the bag could not be repaired.

She was even more incensed when she realised that the branded item had been stored in a trash bag for that period of time.
