Shanxi camera dealership hires bikini model 'cleaners' as part of its opening celebrations

A camera dealership in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, has caused a stir after it solicited the cleaning services of scantily-clad bikini models as part of its opening celebrations over the weekend, reports the Shanghaiist via Xinhua.

The publicity stunt features six seductively women dressed in bikinis, furnished them with brooms and cloths, and set them loose on the store—much to the delight of gleeful passersby.

While there may have been no material improvement in the overall cleanliness of the premises, the ploy appears to have been a success for the fledgling store.

The bikini 'cleaners' captured the attnetion of potential consumers while gaining immediate internet notoriety.

Indeed, the shameless spectacle may have been the impetus for the store's first few sales, with captivated spectators hoping to capture a photographic memento of the occasion.
