A court has obtained a computer server with the text messages exchanged between the woman who accused actor Park Si-hoo of rape and the man who introduced the both of them.

Both Park and the man, another actor only identified as Kim, deny raping the 22-year-old aspiring actress.

According to legal representatives as well as those from the entertainment industry, text messages obtained may help prove that what happened that one night was consensual, and not forced as the SMS history between the alleged victim showed that she was friendly with Kim although she had earlier denied this.

According to Soompi, the text messages (exchanged through the instant messaging application, KakaoTalk) were aired on Y-Star’s “Live Star News.'

The conversation goes as follows:

A: I’m home
Kim: Are you feeling okay?
A: I can’t sober up‘
Kim: Well you didn’t make any mistakes
A: Whatever, as long as I had fun, it’s fine
Kim: Let’s go clubbing later
A: Sigh kk you said you’re going to Club Ellui, right?

Meanwhile, Park Si Hoo will attend his portion of the investigation after much delay today (March 1).
