Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan ended their five-year-long feud by hugging each other at an iftaar (breaking fast) party in Mumbai on Sunday.

Salman and Shah Rukh Khan were involved in a major fight in 2008 at Salman's then girlfriend Katrina Kaif's birthday bash.

The two actors have remained on unfriendly terms since then, but they buried the hatchet at Congress leader and Bandra Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Baba Siddique's annual iftaar party which was held at a five-star hotel.

At the party, the actors were seen facing each other, shaking hands and hugging each other when Siddiqui asked them to meet each other.

"Salman and Shah Rukh are my childhood friends. They themselves met each other separately," said Siddique.

Both Shah Rukh and Salman seemed in good spirits, the latter being the one who took the initiative to shake hands and hug Shah Rukh.

After ending one of the most-talked-about fueds in Bollywood, Shah Rukh tweeted Monday morning: "Finally u realise turning the page is the best feeling in the world, becos there is so much more to the book than the page u were stuck on."
