Fitness instructor and Bravo star Greg Plitt died Saturday after being hit by a Metrolink train in Burbank, Calif., authorities said. He was 37.

According to AsianTown, the fatal collision occurred around 4 p.m. on the tracks just north of the station, KABC reported.

Plitt was with friends who were filming something during the incident and police said his death appears to have been an accident.

“The train went by. I saw him stumble over the tracks. He had a camcorder in his hand,” the witness said.

Fitness model Jamie Eason wrote on Facebook that Plitt was "filming a spot for his protein shake" when he was struck and killed.

Plitt, a former U.S. Army Ranger and Calvin Klein model, appeared on the Bravo reality show “Work Out” and stars in the network’s new “Friends to Lovers” series.

He was also featured on “Days of Our Lives” and has appeared in a number of commercials.
