Tennis fans witnessed intriguing scenes at the 2014 Rio Open tournament throughout its matches.

What raised the most curiosity were the beautiful ball girls, reports The Korea Times.

It was not just their attractive appearance ― clad in tight short sleeves and miniskirts ― that got people talking.

But their alleged job description that seemed hardly clear enough to anyone also left the world perplexed.

A netizen posted pictures of one girl during the tournament's final match between Spaniard Rafael Nadal and Alexandr Dolgopolov from Ukraine.

The girl neither tracked down balls nor provided towels to players. She just stood next to players and did "nothing."
