Following the success of its predecessor, Now You See Me: The Second Act has started filming.
New additions to the cast include Daniel Radcliffe and Jay Chou.
The cast filmed in England earlier, and scenes were shot in the luxurious Sands Hotel in Macau, reports Popular Asians.
The film centers on a group of street magicians who use their skills to pull off large-scale heists.
While Jay does not speak excellent English, he has always had an affinity for magic tricks and has been known for being a self-taught amateur magician.
Reportedly, it was Jay’s ability to perform magic tricks that landed him the role in Now You See Me: The Second Act.
Although Jay and Hannah Quinlivan completed their wedding celebrations in Taiwan in February, he was quick to resume work and flew to England for filming.
Joining the original cast of Michael Caine, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco and Mark Ruffalo, Daniel Radcliffe will be acting as Michael Caine’s son who is bent on taking revenge for his father.
Daniel’s plans for vengeance take him to Macau, where he meets antique shop owner, Jay.
Fans expect Jay and Daniel to be filming many scenes together, and are excited to watch the chemistry between the unlikely duo.
