Source: My PaperThe tradition of firsts continues with Mosaic's ninth edition, which will see several critically-acclaimed acts running the gamut of genres gracing Singapore shores for the first time.Headliners have already been confirmed. Those who will play at the Esplanade's 1,600-seater Concert Hall include Grammy-winning soul singer-songwriter Joss Stone, American multi-instrumentalist Esperanza Spalding, indie-folk outfit Grizzly Bear and post-rockers Mutemath.Headliners at Esplanade Concert HallJOSS STONE (UK)This Grammy-winning soul singer, who has had hits like Fell In Love With A Boy and You Had Me, will play on March 8 at 7.30pm.GRIZZLY BEAR (US)Catch this Brooklyn indierock outfit, which garnered mass appeal with breakthrough 2009 album Veckatimest and which counts Beyonce and Jay-Z among their fans, on March 9 at 7.30pm.ESPERANZA SPALDING (US)To the shock of the world, she pipped Justin Bieber to the Best New Artist Grammy last year. This American jazz singer and multi-instrumentalist will play on March 13 at 7.30pm.Mosaic Club acts at the Esplanade Theatre studioGRIMESCanadian artist Grimes will serve up her unique brand of electro-pop on March 9, with two sets (at 7.30pm and 10pm).TENNIS (US)Husband-and-wife duo Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley, whose latest album Young And Old was produced by Patrick Carney of The Black Keys, will perform on March 15, with sets at 7.30pm and 10pm.Mosaic Studio acts at Esplanade Recital StudioMOUSE ON THE KEYS (JAPAN)This Tokyo post-rock/jazz band will play on March 8, at 7.30pm.MY BRIGHTEST DIAMOND (US)Fronted by avant-pop songstress Shara Worden, this New York indie-folk outfit will play on March 17, at 7.30pm and 9.30pm.GRETCHEN PARLATO (US)Jazz and World music singer Parlato will perform two sets on March 15, at 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
