Lynn Hung slammed and told to return to China after calling Hong Kong protestors 'shameful'

With tensions at the rise at Hong Kong's Occupy Central demonstrations, celebrities taken to social media to express their thoughts on the issue.

Stars such as Anthony Wong, Tony Leung and Chow Yun Fat criticised the Hong Kong police's use of violence on the protestors.

However, supermodel Lynn Hung -- who is from China and based in Hong Kong, condemned the protestors' behavior as shameful.

Mingpao News reported that the model said, "Any interest [forced upon] at the expense of others and affecting the lives of others to achieve their aim is a shameful behaviour, no matter how many excuses you make."

Her comments drew many responses online. Although some fans expressed support, other netizens slammed her for being attention-seeking and told her to return to mainland China instead.
