Linda Chung says she needs to stop eating supper as she's getting fat

Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) has always maintained an extremely fit body figure, with her methods of keeping fit being jogging and weight lifting.

She said, "I love to run (Tai Kong Ji 太空機) without the air-con for 45 minutes, around 5 to 6 times per week. But I can only run once per week when I am not filming and carry five pounds of weights.

According to Asian E-News Portal, when asked about her diet, she said, "I need to control as I love to eat. I think God is very good to me for giving me a slim body no matter how much I eat.

"However during this two years, I had to stop eating supper slowly as it will make me fat. In the past, I would eat Hor Fun and congee for supper, but I only eat two chocolate biscuits now."
