Lan Kwai Fong 3 director Wilson Chin has hit out at actress Tsang Sin Mei after a promotional poster of her commitments in China listed her as the lead actress of the film, when she only had a cameo appearance.

Chin lashed out at Tsang's manager, Celia Sie Lim Chi: "Why do Hong Kong manager Sie Lim Chi's artists would always do something we despise, lying to the audience with false truth as they think Mainland viewers are easy to fool," reported Mingpao.

Sie was thrusted back into the spotlight after DaDa Chan, who was also under her charge, shocked everyone by announcing her retirement from showbusiness with immediate effect even though she had signed on to star in Lan Kwai Fong 3 as well.

A director with Sie's agency, Jasco Entertainment, then came out to explain that explained online that the company had no idea of the poster.

The director said: "We only found out about this promotional poster today, we never saw this promotional poster (prior to this).

"The agency's Simon Waii also confirmed that this promotional poster never received the company's approval and inspection.

"We have already demanded the bar to correct the promotional poster immediately, otherwise we absolutely would not permit our artists to perform."
