Korean girl's song cover leaves talent show judges with priceless reactions

Ever heard the song One Last Cry? Yes, it's just another break-up song.

It was a Bryan McKnight hit in the 1990s. Here's the video, complete with his music video-quality acting skills captured in some sepia shade to add to the melancholy.

Fast-forward to about 20 years later, and a South Korean girl decides to use this very same song at KPOPSTAR talent show.

Without a doubt, this has so much more realistic and convincing emotion. Her voice exactly reflects the kind of heart-wrenching pain one goes through after seeing an ex with someone else. There was no need for special effects here to get the song's message across.

Her voice does fall a bit flat at around 2.33, but no matter, reports ST Communities.

Check out the reaction of the judges and her competitors, whose jaws literally dropped during her performance.

The gallery shows screengrabs from the video, as well as a Malaysian girl who shot to fame after her song went viral on YouTube.
