Artiste Kate Tsui attended the debut of the series, The Ultimate Addiction event together with the cast including Nancy Wu and Sharon Chan in Yau Tong.

However, the male lead, Bosco Wong was absent due to filming in Mainland China and Kate jokingly said this was the third time Bosco failed to attend and he should give a treat to the cast: "He cannot escape this time!"

When asked about Japanese group AKB48's members being attacked at a fan meet, Kate expressed that she left Hong Kong earlier due to work performance and did not understand the incident.

After the understanding from reporters, Kate was shocked and said "This is so scary!" Kate disclosed that she was worried about promoting the new series in Shanghai but believed the security will be tightened.

She then urged the citizens to be extra careful after the incident where a woman was beaten to death in a fast food restaurant in Shandong.

ON.CC reports that she said "It is better for them to watch series at home and go out lesser."

When asked how she will reward the audiences if the rating is good, Kate laughed and said "I can have a kiss scene with Nancy Wu but need to obtain her permission first."
