Rapper Kanye West's concert in Australia on Friday will be best remembered for an incident when he stopped mid-song to order everyone in the crowd up on their feet before he was willing to get on with the show.

TMZ reported that West, who was performing at the Qantas Credit Union Arena in Sydney, told the audience: "I can't do this show until everyone stand up. Unless you got a handicap pass and you get special parking and s***."

Somebody then waved a prosthetic leg up in the air and got an exemption from the rapper, but he spotted another person sitting down, reports The Straits Times.

A three-minute delay allegedly ensued as an employee was sent down to ensure the person was indeed disabled and sitting on a wheelchair.

Was he making a big fuss out of nothing or trying to make sure that absolutely everyone at the venue was having a good time?

With all his past histrionics, one can never be too sure.
