Popular TV actress Jeanette Aw is undeniably the queen of MediaCorp Chinese TV dramas, reports AsiaOne.

Last night, the versatile actress, who has played a variety of roles, snagged four awards to become the biggest winner of Star Awards 2014.

Aw won awards for being the Regional Most Popular Artiste (Cambodia), the Favourite Female Character, Social Media and Favourite Onscreen Couple.

In her acceptance speech at the live-telecast of the awards show, she thanked her Cambodian fans for voting for her and recalled how she was warmly welcomed by them while promoting her TV shows in their country.

Aw's most coveted victory was the Favourite Female Character award, which ended the winning streak of another forerunner, Rui En who had won the award three times in a row.

The award was her endearing role as Zhao Fei Er in the hit series The Dream Makers.

Her natural on-screen chemistry with actor Qi YuWu helped them to jointly win the Favourite Onscreen Couple award in this drama, which was screened on Channel 8.
