Jay Chou's nanchakus were confiscated by Australian customs when he arrived in Sydney for his World Tour concert recently.

The nanchakus, meant to be used as props during his performance, were suspected to be weapons, reports Oriental Daily via AsianPopNews

The Taiwan singer and his entourage were also interrogated by the authorities at the airport.

Jay Chou turned to his organiser and Australian fans for help with purchasing new nanchakus, and managed to get a new set in time for the show.
