The cast and crew of “Angry Mom” were treated to a surprise meal by international superstar Jackie Chan, who sent a food truck to the drama filming set to support his friend actress Kim Hee Sun!

Although Jackie Chan couldn’t come in person, he sent the members of his agency’s K-pop group JJCC to help serve the food on his behalf.

They presented Kim Hee Sun with bouquets of flowers and Jackie Chan also sent her a video message of support. Jackie Chan and Kim Hee Sun’s friendship began when they met on the set of the film “The Myth” back in 2005.

He later invited her to his charity concert last year called “Jackie Chan 2014 Peace & Love & Friendship.” During the press conference that took place this day, the actress said, “My generation grew up watching him.

"My character Jo Kang Ja is a good fighter, so our director had the idea that it would be great if we could get Jackie Chan to do a cameo as my instructor.” Unfortunately, the idea didn’t pan out because of conflicts in Jackie Chan’s schedule.

“Instead, he said he would send me a food truck, which has been brought here today.”

On April 21, at a press event for the drama “Angry Mom,” Kim Hee Sun talks about what it’s like to be paired with a co-star that’s sixteen years her junior, reports Soompi.

Kim Hee Sun stars in the show as a mom who goes back to high school in order to defend her daughter against school bullies. Her character’s love interest is a guy in her daughter’s class, who is played by Ji Soo.

Kim Hee Sun was born in 1977, while Ji Soo was born in 1993. When asked about her love interest and their age difference, Kim Hee Sun laughs and says, “I’m sorry. We have more chemistry than I’d imagined.”

“I’m living vicariously through the drama,” she admits. “I had no idea he’d be so kind to me.” She then says, “I’m curious to see what happens when my character’s identity is revealed soon.”
