Just a few days after getai prince Hao Hao (皓皓) paid a visit and sang to a fan who was in a coma in the hospital, the man regained consciousness.

According to a report in Shin Min, the man, Mr Liu Yao Qiang, had slipped into a coma after he fell into a ditch while picking durians with his friends at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve at 11pm on November 19 last year.

The 47-year-old air-condition worker remained unconscious because of cerebral hemorrhage.

His family not only kept him company by his bedside daily at the hospital, but also played songs sung by his idol Hao Hao.

On December 21 last year, on Mr Liu's birthday, his daughter Liu Huixian, 22, specially invited Hao Hao to sing songs for him in person.

Just a few days after the visit, Mr Liu miraculously opened his eyes and awoke.

Last night, Mr Liu made a visit to a getai that Hao Hao was performing at, and expressed his gratitude that touched the audience.
